 amazon did not send the product in the picture November 27, 2008
amazon sent a generic "ST-350" instead of the product in the picture. I purchased the authentic Brother product 1-2 years ago, same web page, no problems. This time, Amazon sent me a generic instead of the pictured product. I thought I was paying for the authentic brother product.

The cartridge fits and operates just fine, but you should realize that it is not a Brother brand cartridge. It is some generic thing that would probably void the factory warranty. Since my toner was gone and my warranty has expired, I figured it was easier just to try it rather than send it back complaining that it wasn't actually a Brother brand cartridge. But its not really what I thought I was buying. And the delivery time was slower than normal Amazon shipping times.

I've tried the generic ink products for my Brother MCF7820N printer and have been very disappointed. If I stick with the new Brother brand replacements for ink and drum, I have been very satisfied.

Advertising pictured a new branded Brother cartridge and the Brother box it comes in. Fine print noted not a Brother brand & recycled. Very misleading. Will never do business with them again.

Months ago, after checking prices for replacement toner on our work MFC, on a whim I thought I'd check Amazon, and was very happily surprised to find the same cartridge for $20 less than any other seller!
Fast, free shipping, Amazon customer service, and C. MACPHAIL's masking tape trick is icing on the cake.
We have since purchased this through Amazon 5 times in the past 6 months, we've always received a genuine new Brother cartridge.
