Product Description One of the newest digital film form factors for digital cameras today, Memory Stick digital film allows you to record your high-resolution digital images in a safe, convenient, durable, easy-to-use format. Lexar's Memory Stick comes in various storage capacities to complement your shooting requirements. And since it's Memory Stick, it works in an array of different applications including your audio recorder, video cameras, and computers with a Memory Stick slot.Though smaller than a stick of chewing gum, Memory Stick packs big performance. Additionally, it's compact, rugged, reliable, and comes equipped with built-in erasure prevention. When activated, the built-in erasure prevention switch ensures that accidental over-write will not erase the pictures stored on your Memory Stick.

great value April 2, 2008 brand new, in the package, and in perfect condition at a great price. How can you beat that?
Great Memory Stick for older Sony Cybershot USCds10 March 18, 2008 This is a perfect replacement for the original but of larger capacity. The original was only 8mb this one is 64 ( 8 x as much) in the same size stick and allows for over 350 photos at the higher resolution in this mini camera application.

I bought this here on Amazon and it works well. And I saved money too. I don't even use my original stick because this one has more space. I haven't had any problems with it.
Tested..... September 11, 2002 33 out of 33 found this review helpful
...and found to have *exactly* the same write time as the Sony. My experience with these same write tests on CompacFlash & SmartMedia cards, which show rather marked differences from brand to brand but little variance among cards from the same manufacturer, indeed suggests that Lexar is the original manufacturer for Sony. Think of the Lexar then as an off-label or generic equivalent to the Sony, made on the same assembly line but offered at a lower price.
