1996 Version one of the Best April 12, 2008

My niece and son, ages 9 and 6, have played various versions of this very game but this was the one they both liked the most. They didn't care for the other versions because it had an annoying robot as the "CHIEF" whereas in this version, it is the "CHIEF" from the PBS tv version of "Where in The World is Carmen Sandiego?" Plus, you didn't need an almanac to play this version as it has a huge data base built right into the software where the kids can key in a word from the clues given to determine what country to fly to next. Great fun for learning about World Geography and interesting facts about our world.
Make sure the ART WORK on the CASE has the same photo as Listed otherwise you will not get the correct version.
