Amazon.com Review Toga party, anyone? Now your Sims can do that and more with The Sims: House Party Expansion Pack, which makes it easier than ever for characters from The Sims to make friends and quickly rise to the top ranks of their professions. They'll need all the extra money they make from promotions to pay for all the cool goodies included in this expansion. Party themes range from Wild West campfire cookouts to Hawaiian luaus and room-shaking raves, with plenty of objects provided to keep guests entertained. There's a costume trunk to guarantee everyone will be dressed for the occasion, and it's even possible to hire a caterer to keep the food and drink flowing. If you're really lucky, a famous star may pop in for a guest appearance. Every party is packed with surprises, and the inclusion of extra neighborhoods ensures there's always a bash to plan. This is one expansion that no fan of The Sims should be without. --T. Byrl Baker Pros: - More than 100 new objects and characters

The Sims Houseparty November 6, 2005 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
There's pretty much one new social interaction with this expansion pack and it's "throw party". Ya throwing parties is a lot of fun, but I bought it more for the items. Have fun!
who wants to come to my party??? September 14, 2005 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
this is another great sim game but this one is diffrent! YOU CAN THROW A PARTY! this is a kickin game and the special objects for partys are great. invite ANYONE YOU WANT! even flirt or make friends. its totally real and the graphics are great even though there not that good but who cares! the way they talk is too funny and it makes the game more intresting. house party is by far the best expantion known to man (or woman) haha! go and get this game now but you must have an original sims game! boooo. sims is fun too and the totall would be 30 dollars both of them together! totally WORTH IT! ahh i got to go play it before i burst.oh yah.. who wants to come to my party?????
Throw a party, invite your friends in! September 10, 2005 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Are you a party-animal? Get this expansion pack and you'll be able to invite all your friends and have a party at your house. Be sure to prepare the everything before inviting your friends in. Prepare the food, clean-up your house, and have yourself a good mood (not hungry, enough sleep, etc).
The more friends you have, the more people are coming in to your house when you throw a party. :) This is a good way to keep the relationship between you and your friends.
Best of the best... July 5, 2005 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
It's not my favorite expansion but it is very fun throwing parties. I found this expansion to be the most "social" than any other expantion, besides Sims Hot Date (Which is my favorite expansion.) Whenever your Sim is socialy deprived you can easily throw a party. There are also More than 80 new objects, including a dance cage, mechanical bull, etc. Also there is new characters, costumes, and music. This game is a must buy and will expand it a lot.
Having a big bash!!! April 9, 2005 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
It's cool to have parties when a lot of people come.I have a huge party room where people dance and be the D.J. It's fun when you get a big cake and hire a male or female dancer and they pop out of the cake and do a dance, but watch out because sometimes they come up to you and make out with you or flirt with you.If you don't have this game you should buy it.
