5 out of 5 stars I love this game SO much!   November 19, 2007
This is the greatest thing ever. I love the game Animal Crossing: Wild World but didn't have an DS. It's so awesome-it comes with bonus Animal Crossing: Wild World skin for your ds! My friend has Animal Crossing and the same DS and we play PictoChat or play Animal Crossing: Wild World for hours! I also have the guide since it's hard to figure out everything at first, but I'm an expert now. I rate this 5 stars! It's really durable, too! BUY THIS TODAY!!! :)

1 out of 5 stars Why would anybody buy this?   July 10, 2007

As of 7/11/07 this bundle is 250 dollars. That's insane! I'm sure you can still find this DS around somewhere at a store and it would be 120 or 130 dollars. If you want Animal Crossing, then that's an extra 30 bucks. All of this will have tax but since you'd be buying these SEPARATELY, it will cost you way less than this bundle.

Take a look!

We're gonna assume that the electric blue DS is 130 dollars. Animal Crossing is 30 dollars.

Nintendo DS:

130
+ 30
----
160 plus tax. I dunno where you live but in NY the tax is 8%.

130 x 0.08= 10.40

Animal Crossing:

30 x 0.08= 2.40

160
+ 12.80
-------
172.80

You see! It only comes out to be less than 180 dollars. Even if the electric blue DS (which I own) is rare these days, you could always just settle for the DS Lite. No biggie, right? It's also got better lighting.

Anyway, if this helped anyone, I've done my job!

I loved Animal Crossing on the Gamecube but Animal Crossing on the DS? Great! I bought this bundle mainly because I just didn't have time to sit down, hook up the gamecube and play for a few hours each day. Instead, I can carry this one around and if I'm stuck in a waiting room or watching TV, I can turn it on and spend twenty minutes here or there collecting fruit and fishing. It's wonderful! My neiphew also has one (he got the game for Christmas) and we had a great time linking them up and exploring each others' towns.

This bundle has also been an absolute life saver at the airport. In fact, the only minor problems I've had are my thumbs trying to cramp from gripping the console and hitting the buttons and the fact that since it has a re-chargeable battery, it could die on you if you left it on on pause all night and then you have to deal with that Mole guy! All together, one of the best purchases I've made.

5 out of 5 stars Animal Crossing   October 23, 2006
I played Animal Crossing on the gamecube and I loved it instantly!! I heard that a newer version had come out on the DS but was dissapointed. My parents hated those little handheld game consoles because they thought the screen was too small and it supposedly spoiled the eyes.

My friend forced me to play the game on her DS and I was amazed by how large the screen on the DS was and the game was awesome!! You are able to change your hairstyle now and you don't have to wear a friggin hat all the time. My parents after seeing the "large" screen bought it for me. It's very good. I totally recommend it!!!

I wanted Mario and I was sad that my mom got this game and traded it to my brother. When I got a chance to try it after he bragged how awesome it was, I wanted it back!

Cool game after you get used to the silly animation.
