5 out of 5 stars Success!   April 4, 2008

Many games that are made from tv shows fall flat, usually because they are made in a rush, relying on sales from fans from the show. This game, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, does nothing of the sort! It's very interactive, a bit of a puzzler and action game. What I enjoy most is that you do not have a health bar, you do not have lives and you do not have a time limit. I have many other games that have frustrating areas because of this. Not saying that they're not great games, but I like to win from time to time, and this game is a great relaxing title. You will never get frustrated and give up, because you can keep trying with no penalty until you succeed. Plus, you get to hear voice clips from the show and see great illustrations. There are also a handful of mini-games for you to try out at the menu screen. I highly recommend this game if you're a fan of the show and enjoy some light fun!

Foster's is our favorite cartoon, so I decided to get this for a little 8 year old girl, she loves it. She said it's really cute, too bad you can't play with Cheese character, you can only interact with him.
Anyway, I ordered it for Xmas and it was a good choice.

5 out of 5 stars Fosters fun!   December 31, 2007

This game is designed for the younger crowd, 6-11 years old maybe, but I am older than that and I think that the game is very very fun! You play as Bloo (one of the main characters in the TV show) and you run around the Fosters mansion collecting items that other characters ask you to get for them. You are trying to defeat the Space Noogies and the other characters help you. Over all the game is very fun for anyone who enjoys watching the show. Foster's fans will love it!

5 out of 5 stars Make-Believe It Or Not !   December 26, 2007

This brand-new "Foster's Home" Nintendo DS game is freely based on an episode where Goo's imagination literally runs wild as the house has been invaded by the screaming Space Nut Boogies. (Note that my review title is the episode's title, too.)

You play as Bloo as you search the house from top to bottom looking for specific items so that you can garner assistance from other characters like Wilt and his reach, Eduardo and his charge attack, Coco and her special egg laying ability, and Mac and his "space-time freeze ray". Simply look around for things like disguise items and Coco eggs that contain great extras like a photo gallery and mini-games, too ! You can use your DS stylus to activate the friends' powers and play the games to get the high score.

Plus, you'll run into other characters like Cheese and Imaginary Man as you attempt to go and save Madame Foster in an amazing three-dimensional rendering of the show with authentic music and voices from the show itself. Battle special enemies throughout the whole Foster Home as you search for "The Greatest Thing in the Universe".

The entire game may be practically simple, but it is lots of fun nonetheless. Probably as fun as watching the actual hit TV show on Cartoon Network.

Now go out there and pretend like you've never pretended before !

I PURCHASED THIS GAME FOR MY 13 YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER AND SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. IT HAS DIFFERENT LEVELS TO COMPLETE AND ALL THE CHARACTERS ARE ON THE GAME. IT'S FUN AND EASY TO PLAY. IT SEEMS LIKE A GREAT GAME FOR KIDS. EVEN THE YOUNGER ONES WOULD LOVE IT.
