Name a star of your very own with Shining Stars Super Starcade. Shining Stars is a virtual world where you play games, create cartoons, send greeting cards, have fun, and interact with others. Through the Shining Stars website, you name your Shining Star plush friend, give them personality traits and then explore the Shining Star virtual world with your new plush as your avatar. The video game features your own Shining Stars Theme Park, where you can purchase games and "rides" with your glow points. Personalizing and customizing the theme park is important - your friends and computer avatars will come visit your park and play the party games with you. Fun simple arcade style games December 29, 2008
I bought this for my 5 year old for her first game for her new DS. She had some trouble getting started, and a little difficulty in earning any star points, but I think she will get better as she practices. You earn $$ by playing arcade style games and then others come to visit your place so you can earn more $. I am not a gamer so this review isn't based on any graphics or speed or anything. I think this is a good game for kids ages 5 & up. There is minimal reading involved.
