5 out of 5 stars FUN 2 PLAY   August 15, 2007
MY SON AND I LUV 2 PLAY THIS GAME. HE SAYS HE IS THE MASTER!

3 out of 5 stars Tekken 4   June 15, 2007
Tekken 4 is an okay game. I wouldn't reccomend it for anyone who likes to follow the characters' stories, because that's not what it's about. Tekken 4 only skims the surface of a good story game, which is O.K. considering this is a fighting game. Although character profiles are minimal, this game does offer a fair fighting system. The characters really are unique in thier fighting skills. The moves can get fairly flashy, although it is not in the league of Soul Calibur 2 or 3. The costumes are to be laughed at, and you only have 30 seconds to choose your character or it will be random. The combat can get very intense. The story mode offers you eight stages, and when you beat them you get an ending movie, like Soul Calibur 3. Tekken Force is a new mode and is a fun game. The sound tracks are not as good as Soul Calibur games. The characters are cool, still, because you can make up your own stories about them. And you can choose the character who does your favorite martial art. Paul does Judo, Hwoarang does Tae Kwon Do, and Lei Wulong does Kung Fu. Overall, however, I do not reccomend this game.

3 out of 5 stars Buy only if you're a Tekken fan, Tekken game collector, or just want to play Tekken force   January 28, 2007

I don't really have this game. I only played this at an Internet Cafe. The opening movie was great, but the whole game was mediocre. The graphics suck. The stories are stupid. There are few characters.(20) The only reason I wanted to play this was because I wanted to play Tekken force. I tell you. Only buy this if you're desperate.

I have loved the Tekken series for years. This is by far the worst there is. The controls are terrible along with the moves. Disapointing. I almost wish I never bought it.

The fourth installment of the Tekken series is finally here! This game continues the Tekken series in perfection! This game has amazing three-demensional graphics, fast and very good game-play, and overall, can keep you amused for months!

This game is the best fighting game I have ever played in my life (yes, I think it even surpasses it's sequel, Tekken 5 in gameplay)! The game has amazing techniques for each character, making it a real challange to successfully master one character's set of moves! The game also has cooperative button combinations, meaning that the attacks and/or series of attacks actually work when you press the buttons (unlike some games I have played)! Another good thing about this game is that you cannot beat it with the old "button-mashing", but to beat it, you will need true skills and potential.

The game also has very good stories! Every single character's story is very fun, and also is very detailed, showing every small thing in their story! The character's stories are long, fun, and amusing! When you beat the story, it shows an epilogue in high-quality three demensional graphics, and also, when you beat a character's story, you unlock some of the hidden characters!

Apart from having good game-play and good story mode, the game has awesome tracks played while you are fighting! All the tracks are very good, but my personal favorite is the one in the Mishima Dojo (which is in the Final Stage)! Not only will you be amused while playing this game, but your ears will also be having the time of their lives!

This game has so many good features, graphics, and music, but the only problem in the game in my opinion is the lack of characters. There are only about twenty characters in this game if not less. If it wasn't for this little problem, the game would be the perfect Tekken game, easily surpassing Tekken 5, and many other fighting games I have played. This "lack of characters" problem is fulfilled in the sequel to this game, Tekken 5, but Tekken 5 isn't as "original" and "Tekkenish" as this game is. But don't let this little problem stop you from buying this game, for it is still an amazing game despite this problem.

Well recommended!

Rating? 9.7/10

A last word: Buy this game instead of Tekken 5. Tekken 5 is currently $50.00, while this one is only $20.00, and apart from it being less money, it is a much better game in my opinion. Enjoy!
