Product Description
Take a band of gun-toting rebels - a robot, a madman, a mole and a criminal mastermind. Put them in a vividly stunning fantasy realm. Then give them an impossible mission - pulling off the biggest heist of all time in the middle of a war. All you have to do is battle your way through dastardly enemies, giant war machines and an army of psychopathic robots. But don't worry; you have plenty of ammo and absolutely no common sense. Victory is yours in 12,000 bullets or less! Rated T (teen)

4 out of 5 stars Armed and Dangerous: A good buy for its price   November 22, 2005

This is an action-adventure type game. You start out with a rifle and you shoot enemies (no blood) until you reach the first pub, where you recieve your next weapon.

The graphics are so-so, the people are okay but the background is blotchy in some areas.

One thing that I didn't like about this game is that you cannot use a controller, even if you have one hooked up. You have to use the keyboard, but you can configure your own controls.

The overall gameplay is pretty good except for these things:
1. If there is an object on the ground, you have to run DIRECTLY over it in order to pick it up.

2. If there is ammo (or health) on the ground and you have full ammo (or health) then the object is still shown on the screen, but you can't pick it up.

3. In some areas of the game, even after you beat all of the enemies, they keep reproducing and chasing after you, so you have no choice but to run to the next area, you cannot kill everyone in that particular area.

When I bought this game, it was only $8, so I thought it was a pretty good deal. If it is still $8 when you read this, I suggest buying it, because it will only cost 13 or 14 bucks with shipping + handling, and its not a huge loss. Overall a great game, but not if you're an artist.
