Wireless Rumblepad 2 Is Great July 21, 2008 The wireless rumblepad 2 great. I bought it for Race Driver: GRID, but also used it for LEGO Indiana Jones and Mass Effect. Works wonderfully with all the mentioned games. It comes with the Logitech Profiler software, which lets your bind buttons on the rumblepad with key presses, combination's of key presses, and lets the analog stick (either one) be the mouse. The profiler software came in handy for me because I couldn't get Mass Effect to recognize the rumblepad 2, so I bound the rumblepad to keyboard keys.
The only possible down side was that the rumblepad shuts off after a short period of inactivity and a button needs to be pressed in order for it to wake up.
GReat controller July 16, 2008 Pros: Works great, easy installation, like the design ,has study feel to it
COns: Feels kind of heaver than PS2 controller most cause of the batteries, runs off batteries which means you have to replace every time they run out
First logitech controller to buy and love it Had it for a month and using it for GTA:San Andreas Works great
Great PC gamepad and works with the PS3 July 11, 2008 I bought this to use on my PC but thought I'd try it on my ps3 since it hooks up via usb. It connected right away and I played Battle Bad Company with it and had no problems at all. Only down side for those who care is you can't turn the ps3 off or on with it because its not bluetooth. I would only reccomend using it for the ps3 if your playing with someone else though.
Ok Product July 7, 2008 This controller works. The profile software allows custom setup for different games. The vibration however only works when I test the buttons in control panel, which am sure is no fault of the controller. It's very difficult to find PC games that are support vibration. In other words not all PC games come standard with vibration support.
Good Product July 1, 2008 I guess there is little competition to Logitech when it comes to PC input devices, this one works well if you download the latest drivers...Certain games may need some finger calibration in the beginning, but otherwise has been working without any problems so far...
