Condition: Ipaq 3650 - upgraded to Pocket PC 2002! I advise against attempting this upgrade unless you are a professional, as it can damage your machine if done incorrectly. But the benefits are numerous. The other units on Amazon all ship with Pocket PC 2000 installed, a much more obsolete operating system. Batteries have all been tested and either hold a good charge or are new. This unit is refurbished. This is done in-house. Be careful when a vendor tells you a unit is refurbished, as in some cases it means they sprayed it with Windex and wiped it clean. That is their idea of refurbishing a unit. My company disassembles the unit and goes thru it completely, replacing anything that needs it. Comes with stylus, ac adapter and combination sync - charging cable. Please note: This pda may not be able to sync with Windows Vista.
