BUENOS JUEGOS MALA CONSOLA August 2, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
COMPRE MI XBOX 360 CON LA FINALIDAD DE COMPLEMENTAR LOS JUEGOS QUE NO POSEO EN MI WII, YO HABIA ESCUCHADO DE LAS 3 LUCES ROJAS(RING OF DEATH)POR ESTA RAZON ESPERE PARA COMPRAR LA VERSION MEJORADA CON HDMI EL MODELO FALCON, PERO A LOS 2 DIAS LA CONSOLA NO ME QUERIA LEER LOS DVD DE JUEGO NI LAS PELICULAS, LO CUAL ME DECEPCIONO MUCHO CON LA MICROSOFT KE DE TODO LAS VERSIONES DEL XBOX 360 NINGUNA HA SALIDO SIN QUE DE PROBLEMAS.
HASTA AHORA LA CONSOLA ME VOLVIO A LEER LOS DVD DE JUEGOS Y NO ME HA VUELTO A DAR EL PROBLEMA Y ESPERO EN DIOS QUE NO SE REPITA.
UN CONSEJO ALOS QUE VAYAN A COMPRAR LOS JUEGOS SON EXCELENTES PERO LA CONSOLA NO TIENE MUCHA CALIDAD, ASI QUE PIENSELO BIEN ANTES DE INVERTIR SU DINERO EN ELLA.

i won't denigrate this product in general, but it was a stupid purchase for me.
Buyer Beware, I am trying to save you from going through what I did July 12, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have had 11 Xbox 360's within the first year of it's life and I can tell you these newer models are just as unreliable as the old ones. Buyer beware doesn't even cover it, this console is by far the worst investment I have made in the last 15 years. Microsoft's customer service is terrible and they never send you a new console only used ones that from my expierence have been in terrible condition (stains and broken parts of the case). Though the real reason you should not buy one is because 6 of my 11 were all BRAND NEW from the store not used ones from Microsoft. Some broke in hours some broke in a month either way for the price your paying you deserve a product that works, not this junk. I have since sold my 360 and will be looking elsewhere for my gaming needs.
Xbox 360 Pro July 9, 2008 Great gaming platform. The graphics are great, and the sound is even better. Can't wait to play this on an HD TV.
'used' system came in great condition July 3, 2008 This was a 'used' bundle that I bought cautiously, hoping for the best. The manufacture date listed on the website was accurate, as my system came with a 175w power supply, although I wasn't able to confirm the lot number. It did come with the bundled games as well, which was nice. Upon opening the box, an inspection showed that there was not much wrong with the system, maybe a couple of scratches, but the Microsoft sticker under the faceplate was still intact, so there were no modifications made and it was not refurbished(my biggest concern).
So far, after a month of pretty good usage, no problems of any kind have surfaced--everything has been great! My experience has been very satisfactory, the shipping from Amazon was quick, and it was all bought at a discounted price, so I give it 2 thumbs up.
My only (slightly)negative about it is the DVD drive. I had heard they were loud, and it's true, they are noticeable when they spin-up and read the disk, but I have never noticed it while I'm playing. And I can't speak for watching movies, as I already have a DVD player and don't use the 360 for that purpose.
I know buying used is hit-or-miss, and I just happened to get lucky, I think. Be cautious when buying used Xbox 360s, but I got a great deal at Amazon.
