Excellent soft small keyboard November 11, 2008 I am a programmer so I am a fast typer. I have 5 keyboards in my house. I have Microsoft (most of them too big with too much bells and whistles), Kensington (nice but didn't like the design) and HP (classic) keyboards but I ended up using this one because it is compact and the keys are soft to press which is the exact feeling that I was looking for. I was surprised when I tested this keyboard at Staples, it only costs $14 could satisfy my needs compared to other ones that cost me around $40 to $100. Now my other keyboards are all gathering dusts :)
Keys misplaced September 14, 2008 I was not very impressed with this keyboard. The alphabets are smaller than usual and the del the insert and the home keys (on the middle patch) are in different places. Take a clear look at a large image of this keyboard before buying it. I find it very frustrating to hit the wrong keys in the middle patch (delete, insert, home, end). I am not sure why this keyboard is so costly. Maybe just because of its shape and the logitech name. A $5 kensington will do the job equally well. I am not sure why Logitech has taken it upon themselves to tweak the layout of keys in their their offerings.
Kudos September 1, 2008 Exactly what I thought it would be: nothing fancy, very basic, but I don't need more.
Good keyboard May 11, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Happy with the product - wanted a basic black corded keyboard - no bells and whistles required. This is serving its purpose well - very pleased especially for the price.
cheap keyboard and cheap key strokes April 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
no buffer on the keys but it is very cheap and very compact. smaller than most and very thing as well. i like it, except it feels cheap when you type on it and feel like it will break soon. the keys are not cushioned. it feels like a spring.
