Editorial Review The third installment of the series that redefined the survival horror video game genre, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis is the best Resident Evil yet. As Jill Valentine, one of the original game's survivors, players must fight for their lives while fleeing a city overrun by hordes of zombies and other hideous creatures mutated by a sinister corporation's biotechnological virus. To make thing worse, a near-invincible monstrosity known as the Nemesis stalks Jill throughout the game, which raises the series' suspense level to an all-new high. In addition to the constant threat of the Nemesis, Resident Evil 3 features other gameplay elements new to the series: players can now dodge attacks, perform quick 180-degree turns, and create ammunition by mixing gunpowder types. Also, the "Live Selection" feature forces players to make decisions that affect the story's direction. While none of these additions are particularly groundbreaking, Resident Evil 3 keeps the player in suspense and the action even more intense than in its predecessors, proving that more of same can be a good--make that very, very good--thing in a sequel. --Joe Hon Pros: - Suspenseful and thoroughly engrossing storyline
- Excellent use of topnotch graphics and sound to establish mood
- Improved controls and faster load time between scenes
- The Mercenaries secret game adds serious replay value
Cons: - Third-person, fixed-camera-angle point-of-view can be awkward
- May be too intense for younger players

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis Review June 6, 2008 As I stated in my review from the Resident Evil: Director's Cut, I've been a fan since '96 when the orginal game came out. Eventually I would go on to buy all the titles. This game I loaned out & never got it back. Aside from learning a lesson, I have missed my game. But, thanks to Amazon & Matt I have gotten it back. The game came in perfect condition & time. That is why I stated before "Buy from Matt!"
Resident Evil 3 January 14, 2008 You have to give it up for this Resident Evil. This is a must have for any survival horror fan. Very good detail, story line and replay value.
Probably the scariest Resident Evil... October 19, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nemesis is one scary mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So beware!!
He seems to be around every corner imaginable, and he's quite invincible, until the end, so don't get those hopes up! :-)
A decent run-through, but a bit difficult.
Difficulty: 7 Difficulty, compared the hardest Resident Evil (RE Remake): 6 Graphics: 6.5 Characters: 6 Sound: 6.5 Replay-ability: 6 (You get more guns, I believe as well as other hidden bonuses).
3.5 stars.
fun game August 23, 2007 this game is very fun, plays quickly and offer a lot new features, wish it was longer though but the game is a little more difficult than the previous resident evils but still fun.
say hello to my litrttle friend Nemsis August 23, 2007 This was the third and one of the hardest installement in the series. Esepcially on hard mode. Here are some tips on how to beat this game on hard mode based of a speed run release early this year or late last year. Try to put on infinite help. If seeing how fast you can do this get the shotgun as soon as powerful and use it at close range when neccessary when fighting multiple normal enemies. When attacked by nemissi run away as fast as you can since he is programm to eliminate all sureviving mebers of star a millitray defense force created to expose the illegal umbrela corporetations experiment. The main character is injected with a virus but do to a cermun called thew T cell whgich delays the zombie fication program she still has control over here self. Get the shooty gun. At the end of the game you can hurt nemesis and after turning the power of in the final before the city is nuked of the map you have a choice of finishing nemsis of permantely if you have cheats one or can hit him fromn a distance with the shoot guns or the freeze gas and other weapons that you can find or unlock or if you have enough herbs to restore your health before you die. Running more will get you through the game faster and quicker which you want on hard mode if you don't have life super armoor or infinte shotgun shells or something like that. They don't mention nemsis orgin as clear parts of this game were partly based on the second movie resident evil reserection. Nemesis does not turn on the scientist that experiment on him at the last minute allow Jill a few second head start before the helicopter is shoot down and explodes in the movie but she survives. If you ernjoy this try the super hard resiodent evil four or the diono cris games
