Rayman's world kicks into multiplayer overdrive in this total-competition crash course featuring the cast of Rayman 2. Smoke the competition on mind-bending racecourses or spark up a lum-flinging firefight in the battle arena. Rayman Arena features eight playable characters, 24 maps, and up to four combatants. To win you must take risks, use tricks, and trip up opponents as you sprint, slide, climb, and helicopter through 12 courses in an all-out rush for the checkered flag. The game includes 12 gladiator-style arenas with frenzied firefighting, power-ups, traps, and special ammo. Compete using the PlayStation2 Multitap in intense four-player split-screen action. Players can unlock rewards such as bonus levels, additional modes, character skins, and extra characters.  Not what I anticipated... December 31, 2005
Rayman Arena certainly isn't a game that deserves to be put up there with Super Smash Brothers Melee or any other fighting game for that matter. It's mediocre. That's the best way to put it. The first time I played it, it didn't exactly wow me...so I put it down and didn't play it for a while. After a few weeks, I decided to give it a second chance. Nope, nothing. The graphics aren't so good, and the game isn't fun either. They did try to make the game remotely interesting though...whatever....Not worth your hard-earned bucks. The only people I might possibly recommend this to are little kids, but don't expect them to play it for more than an hour.

well this game is nice i used to have it but i gave it away im hoping to buy it again i am now 11 but still like the game it will be great for any kind of fun and music/happiness

this game is very nice it has better colors than rayman 2 and the characters look more real than ever and the races are very tricky you can even use a trap to slow people down but of course some traps activate on there own so watch out! this game is great it only took me 3 days to finish this game its like crash team racing but the last part of the is hard with the finishing parts also i lost the game but i like it its a grat game it can have online play but it dont it should i give this game a 4 out of 5
