I bought this for my son's birthday in Oct. 07. By Dec 07, the guitar would not auto sync. I contacted Dream Gear to return. After 3 e-mails, they finally responded. I got an address to send it back. This was Feb 08. I still do not have a replacement guitar and it is April 08. I keep contacting and they state they are sending a replacement. We are still waiting. Unreliable guitar. Unreliable service. Unreliable equipment or games. Company unreliable.
