 to bad the game wasn't as cool as the cover September 4, 2008
The other reviewers was right, bad controls, alot of glitches; the graphics was regular playstation worthy even if that. I actually beat the game and the ending was decent but you have to work for it. I don't recommend this game unless if there's nothing better for you to do that get frustrated.

The controls don't work and you can't get anywhere in the game. I was really disappointed that I wasted my money on this game.

"Viking Warlord":an experiment full of flaws.Let me explain why.Game's story is goo:Ragnar is a future viking king and he must protect his people.Unfortunately his ship,his drakkan,gets conquered and destroyed by enemyes.Ragnar must visit many worlds and defeat a lot of enemies for return to his village.It's not so easy!He will exceed The Hell,Cold World (no,not GZA's world :D)...until the final battle.
So where are the errors?First of all,the graphic doesn't look for PS2:it's too raw and not very cured.If you thought in a Final Fantasy X style,wrong way,homiez.Second,the control:for turn you must use the R3.It's not so easy for who is abituated to move the harachter with L3.Why they didn't made "Viking Warlord"'s controls just like every game?Bah...another undo is the tendence to get high,sometimes the game doesn't start or continues.Not a great problem,but a boring.
If you want buy a good war/platform game,don't buy "Viking Warlord".If you want it in your collection,it's another story...
