Not Jerky at all January 6, 2009

The flavor of the jerky is tasty. It has a nice brown sugar soy flavor...but it is extremely moist. It is way too moist. It is almost soggy. I am going to try and put it in the oven and see if I can dry it out. After just touching it, my wife will not even eat it because the texture grossed her out. she said it feels like slime.

Aww the moistest jerkey ever. Took a chance ordering it, but it paid off and everybody loved it. The jerkey is sweet and pretty spicy too. Great stuff!
