Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Enter the Matrix features awesome gunplay and spectacular martial arts that bend the rules of the Matrix, insane driving and stunts, and the chance to pilot the fastest hovercraft in the fleet. This game isn't just set in the Matrix universe - it's an integral part of the entire Matrix experience, with a story that weaves in and out of The Matrix: Reloaded, the sequel to the Academy Award-winner. Enter the Matrix is the story-behind-the-story.

5 out of 5 stars my jaw hit the ground and stayed there   May 12, 2003

listen i've read a lot of online reviews that give this game some bad rumors. such as the games gona freeze. If Larry and Andy waskoski wrote it and spent two years making it and keeping very secretive it won't. to the cypher review, which ever copy you had probaly wasn't taken care of properly or your system had to be cleaned out not all copies will do this so shutup!this game will rule because it has kung fu, guns, bullet time(which is a trademark of the matrix not max payne) and a original story it may or may not be cool for some but it will be mind blowing for me(because after waiting two years for one game to come out it better make me cry of joy:)

5 out of 5 stars Great game,but Neo is missing=(   May 8, 2003

This game is completely awesome! It has a great storyline and great graphics. But,something's missing, you can't use Neo. I'd prefer to use Neo rather than Niobe and Ghost. Oh and something great about this game is that you just press a button while doing a cool movement to put slow motion and the slo-mo camera even goes around your character! Another great thing is that you press that same button while shooting and you make bullet time. This game is great in all perspectives, but I really really really really really wanted to use Neo. I hope there's at least a cheat that lets you use Neo. I really want to use Neo=(

1 out of 5 stars Oh Why Didn't I Take The Blue Pill!   May 2, 2003

Well, hmmm what can i say about Enter The Matrix; As a game tester for Sony except....
Whoa......I found this game had amazing graphics and awesome DTS soundtrack score plus the cut-in scenes were definitely AAA+. The controls were slightly greasy. There were certain moves that literally froze up the game when you tried to mimic them ie. run up walls and Dodging the Bullets like Neo.
Now, I know you're thinking this was the beta version but actually the copy i got was the final version. Be careful you could end up crashing whatever game system you own.

I've read a review about this game in Game Wanker Monthly and I just have to say it ROCKS! I haven't played it yet, but I did a good job of envisioning it in my MIND! That trick wall jump is sick!

So now, based on my very mental imagination, this game is clearly a 5. Oh, here's a rehash of what Wanker had to say: you can run, jump, kick, and drive. AWESOME!

Clearly I don't understand the difference between a review and a discussion forum. So please, leave a follow up comment so I can read what you think of my REAL Ultimate Power AWESOME review. I won't be able to respond to you because this AOL room only allows one message to be sent for some reason.

AWESOME! Buy it NOW!!!
