MLB Power Pros April 20, 2008 I purchased this game to play with my grandson (he is 6) who loves baseball but I didn't want to get one that was to hard to play or learn how to play. This game was the perfect game. It is fun for the young and the old. It has all of the Major League teams with their players. You can pick which team you want to be and play against each other with your favorite teams. I didn't really read the directions before we started so it took us about 45 minutes to get all of the plays down (pitching, hitting, catching....). Once my grandson learned how to hit home runs there was no stoping him. My son-in-law is in Iraq and is to be home soon, so I bought another MLB Power Pros (they have a Wii) for my grandson to take home, so when his dad gets back they can play. If you are looking for a game that is a REAL challenge then this is not the game for you. But if you are looking for a game to just play and have fun with then this is a good one.
Good Game April 7, 2008 This is a great game to play Baseball!!! But the only thing is that does not save the stadistical avg. for the players, on each game that i play Ken griffey Jr. is 1 Run away of the all time RBI record. Always the same number of RBI's
But a Great and fun baseball field to be playing for hours.
Great game! Part 1 of 1. March 15, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
When I first found this game on the computer, I thought this is a good game to buy. I recieved the game, and after 2 days I'm addicted to it. This is why: Gameplay: The gameplay is very good. The graphics are great, the player reaction to pitches is fun to watch, and the controls are easy. Feilding is requested to be auto, the batting is only colliding a bat and ball, and the pitching is wherever you locate the ball. Roster: The roster is pretty easy to understand except for creating players. For that, you must take a player from the free agents and edit it by going to my data and select edit players and select the player. You cant to this when editing a created team. My only slight problem is the creators of the game didnt give credit to players by their ability. People like Trevor Hoffman and Mariano Rivera get bad ability but others like Abreau and some others get great ability. Other than that the game is great. Overall : 4.5!

This game is one of the most fun games to play with my son or my husband. I recommend it to anyone. It's funny to watch and fun to play. If your child likes sports games buy this one.
What a great game! January 18, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I purchased this game for my 14 and 18-yr old sons based on an Amazon review. My boys had not heard of the game prior to receiving it, and they have played non stop (PS2 version) since the holidays. My older son now wants it for Wii. They love the graphics, setting up the teams, everything. Once they got the hang of scoring, they were hooked. They have other MLB baseball games, but absolutely love this one.
