Scrabble September 1, 2008 I ordered this game several months ago. I have had many hours of fun with it, but over time several problems began to occur. For one thing the game will end and I will get "game over" when I still have letters that I can play and options for playing them. This is especially frustrating when I am only a few points behind! Also it seems like over time the game begins to give me multiples over and over, such as four "i"s or four "g"s.It happens repeatedly, so it seems to be more of a glitch than just coincidence.
Almost didn't buy b/c of other reviews... GLAD I BOUGHT IT!! July 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I saw this product in the store, and nearly didn't buy it due to other reviews saying the game didn't play without the CD in the drive and that it didn't play on laptops.
I bought it anyway, and took a risk...
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME! It works PERFECTLY on my LAPTOP and works WITHOUT the CD in the drive.
Not sure what the others are talking about... but this version of Scrabble works great for me!
Scrabble April 26, 2008 It is a nuisance to keep the CD in the computer each time I want to play. Like the faster loading too.
No network play function but can play without CD in your computer. April 26, 2008 Old version Scrabble 2 requires CD in the computer but has a LAN or WLAN multi-player mode. But this one does not support LAN or WLAN multi-player mode.
Finally a Scrabble game that works with XP Pro April 23, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been very disappointed trying to find a Scrabble game that works on my new computer that runs on XP Pro. This game works!
