5 out of 5 stars FUN!!!! Open captions and a magnifying option too.   September 25, 2008
As an adult, I thoroughly enjoyed this one. It's not such a hard game, such as one that you have to figure out and/or visit walkthroughs. A good bit of it is of a hidden object variety (looking for "clues"), and a magnifying feature for the magnifying glass/pointer is easily turned off and on if you need extra zoom. All speech seems to be open captioned for easy use by the hearing impaired or those who need or want their computer silent, and, in fact, the Holmes/Watson verbage can be skipped altogether if the player wishes.

This one's a keeper in my book!!

5 out of 5 stars Great   September 23, 2008
I love this game! I didn't have any trouble ordering or receiving it. It came when it said would, and that's fantastic

5 out of 5 stars Great fun with a Magnifying glass!   September 22, 2008
The Lost cases of Sherlock Holmes is a fabulous seek and find game. It's not too hard and it is broken up in chapters that are not too long or difficult to play through. My favorite part of the game is the magnifying glass! It allows you to see all of the items up close. This game has find the differences between two pictures as well as seek and finds and puzzles. The games has chapters to play through where you find the suspects and narrow them down until you find the suspect and Sherlock nails him.

I like that the game is not too hard and you can take a break and play a chapter without getting frustrated. You get a feeling of accomplishment when you get through.

My Mom is a senior and I am going to get this game for her for Christmas. I think the older PC game players will really get a lot from this game. It's just enough to work your brain and isn't overly complicated with the puzzles. It also has very enjoyable background classical music.

You can play the chapters over again to try to beat your previous scores.

Fun game - get out your magnifying glass and give it a try!

Great game, nice for casual playing. Easy to learn and play for new players. Great graphics, and good sound.

5 out of 5 stars Hooray, I game I can play!   August 21, 2008

I had almost given up on playing video games as they have gotten too complicated and I have gotten older at the same time. Thankfully, the folks at Legacy made a game that doesn't require 15 different commands and lightning reflexes...I'm 47 years old and I had no trouble installing & playing this game. Okay, so it's not XBOX 360 or PS3, but I like it anyway. The various puzzles are fun but not too hard, the storyline is easy to follow and the whole game can be played with just a computer mouse. Buy it! It's inexpensive & fun...
