Pretty Good! November 4, 2008 I bought this game for Christmas and it was fantastic! The graphics aren't that great, but you get to breed, buy, sell, and train horses. You get to enter races and when money, but you can only own three horses at a time. You can free ride and go in the water. But you're horse can get too stessed and buck you off. I would recommend this for someone who isn't picky about graphics and likes to play video games!
-by the way this is her daughter! :D
Problems August 5, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been playing this game for about a day, and I am not sure if it's worth the money. For some odd reason the pathways and dirt/sand fields are always red, and the grass is a bright lime green. There is also no support from either Cosmi or Egames. If you know how to fix this problem please write a review. The second problem is sometimes when you run in a race, horses run off the field, thus never finishing the race. By not finishing the race you have to quit the races, losing any money, and fame. However there is a simple solution, wait about 13 minutes (by the timer's time) and the computer disqualifies the run away horse. There is no health indicator, and there is no instructions, besides the manual on the computer which doesn't really help to much. You also don't get to breed your own horses, or groom them (the box LIES.) On the horse info. menu there's no key explaining the symbols. So, you don't know what the yellow diamond means, by the way please explain this diamond. However the blue equal sign means that the # has stayed the same, the green plus sign is the # increased, and the red subtraction sign means that the # decreased (hope that made sense.) The graphics need work, but the concept and modes are fine, and that's why I gave it a 3 star review. Here are some tips. 1. Train your horses everyday. If you have more than one horse rotate your horses' training everyday. By training your horse constantly you have more of a chance to win 1rst, 2nd, or 3rd. 2. Buy the colt that you breed, if a reasonable price, because most of my colts are actually better than their sire, by a LOT!!! 3. Finally, listen to who ever you talk to, such as the trainer, vet, and farm owner. (To talk to a person put your mouse over the person and double click. Hope this helps, and if you know any of the answers to my questions please post them!!!
Cool Game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! May 12, 2008 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is such a cool game. You get to have three horses. And it is pretty easy to win a race the first five races. After that you have to train your horses and get them ready for the races. My favorite parts are when: 1 you don't always have to train your horse. You can just go for a ride. 2 I like to get off my horse and let him go. Then I chase after him. 3 Buying horses and getting to the most famous farm ever! I found out there is a building located next to a bridge. I hope this will help people how might want to buy it.
Haven't gotten it to work yet! December 29, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I haven't been able to get this game to work yet. It loaded okay, but it says there is some information missing when it starts. I tried the repair load and it still doesn't work.
Good Fun July 20, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
The game is fun. The only drawback is it doesn't come with a guide for what things are in the game. I still don't know why they have a brick box that you can put your horse in to rest. Overall I like this game because it moves fast and there is not a lot of time between races which keeps my interest.
