Fine When You Want to Take A Break January 11, 2007
Glow Worm is an enjoyable, but limited, "strategy-puzzle" game. It is well-designed and graphically beautiful. To sweeten the pot, once installed, you don't have to put the CD in your drive to play the game. It's perfect for those situations when you need a break from whatever stresses and strains confront you at the monitor. Games appear to go on forever. As you complete each level, you can save your progress and get back to real work. Unfortunately, the scoring protocol is unexplained; you have to figure it out on your own. Personally, I'd recommend Bejeweled 2 over Glow Worm but, if you've exhausted the entertaining and relaxing properties of Bejeweled 2, Glow Worm is a fine replacement.
