NETGEAR FS105 ProSafe 5-Port 10/100 Desktop Switch August 12, 2008 This a hassle-free unit that is totally plug and play. All inputs clearly marked and lit up with LEDs to let you know all your lines are alive. Practically idiot-proof!
good product January 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This thing is small so you can put it almost any where you would like. It works good I have my ps3 and computer hooked up to it and it has no lag when running both at the same time.
Does the job January 7, 2008 If you need to add a few ports, this is perfect. Price is great and it does the job. Simple.
Still the best cheap desktop switches November 25, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Netgear's line of metal switches and hubs has always been an affordable, dependable product. I am glad to see that they haven't abandoned this format in favor of the plastic so many other companies are using.
I bought a couple of these for work when a group decided they needed to cram three conference rooms full of people on short notice. Netgear was the only product I trusted to work, and they didn't let me down.
At this point, you might want to consider the GS105. Even if you don't need the gigabit speed currently, you might in the future.
As Expected - Great! November 19, 2007 Worked great right out of the box. This is the kind of quality that I expect from Netgear. Now if they can figure out a way to eleminate the "wall wart".
