Worst Paintball game I ever Played February 14, 2006 4 out of 8 found this review helpful
Now From looking at the cover and back of the game case this game looks awsome and even the creators make it sound good from what they say. However this game totally sucks. Dont let it fool you. Its has to be one of the worst games I played so far this year. First of all the game doesn't even have a story-line. It gets so boring without this feature because all you're doing is going from level to level withut even a reward. There are also no cinematechs and it is basically arcade like. The gameplay however is the worst thing on earth. I've never played such a bad game. First of all with the shooting the paintballs, once shot, glide to the side or drop down almost instantly and they have no acuracy what so ever. This eliminates the sniping in the game for all you snipers. And now I know this is how paintball guns are but in real life you can by like an acuracy inhancer or something, BUT not in this game, infact you can't even customize your gun at all. For christ sake you can't even change your gun throughout the whole freakin game. The game does give you a lot of arenas but what difference does it make if you can't even enjoy playing in them. The game does offer you to create your own arena but the same problem occurs before where you wouldnt want to play in it. You can go online but the gameplay sucks, remember? If you really want a paintball game then get that tournament one, that one is better than this. But I mean if you want to play a game of paintball, do the real thing, it will really give you the entertainment you need. Thats all I have to say about this game, its horrible. Not even good for renting, dont buy it, not even for 10 dollars.
Renegade Paintball Rocks October 16, 2005 8 out of 13 found this review helpful
I just got my copy and have been playing for a good day now. The game is really cool. The outdoor levels are a nice improvement over the flatlands of ghtp. The AI is respectable, and the game play is faster paced than any other paintball game I've tried.
