I think it's fun May 10, 2008 I'm not a gamer at all so the help that this game gives me is much appreciated. Like I don't have to run and get every single ring because it will let me finish the level anyway, and it kind of steers me in the right direction so I get all that I need. Maybe it's best for people like me who have only ever owned an Atari (in 1983 when I was 4) and now a Wii (or for people who are younger than 5). :) I like it. I play it pretty often and pat myself on the back when I get through a tough level.
Sonic and the Secret Rings May 5, 2008 Wasn't what I expected, but its still an Okay game. If your a big sonic fan, this is a must have, but other wise, you'll enjoy interacting with the Wii remote.
Loads of Fun! March 12, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Well, looking at all these other reviews, I guess this is a love it or hate it game. I for one LOVE it! I think the music is awesome. The story is a little strange, but whatever, the levels and game play are way too fun. The challenge of the game varies from easy to pretty hard, as would be expected when you get further and further into a game. I have had no problems whatsoever with the controls. I believe that those that have problems with them are too impatient. Like they've said, the Wii-mote is sensitive. The further you get into the game, the more skills you obtain, making your control beautiful. I recommend this game to anyone looking for a Sonic game with a different and fun twist to it.
Sonic February 25, 2008 I love Sonic. It's good to see him back. It is still just as exciting as when he first came out.
The worst sonic game I've ever played February 18, 2008 10 out of 20 found this review helpful
Sonic And The Secret Rings is the worst sonic game in Sonic The Hedgehog history. The game requires you to hold Wii Remote Controller sideways, which only complicates things. There is a voice and subtitles informing you where to go and what to do. It says for Sonic to do this or that and when I do, it doesn't work. The controls are horrible and more difficult to deal with than being 20 grand in debt. I can't get past the fourth paragraph/level/stage. I've spent over 2 weeks trying to figure it out. It's the controls. They suck on the game. Maybe if the game was compatible with the Wii Classic Controller, it might have been easier to play. I rightfully deserve my 30 bucks plus tax back for this wrongfully made Sonic Game. Whoever composed this game had no clue what they were doing.
