Product Description
Enhance your Wii experience! The Component Video Cable signal will display a richer and cleaner picture than what is obtained using a Stereo AV cable. Allows you to hook your Wii console system to a high-definition TV (HDTV) or enhanced-definition TV (EDTV) to view 480p progressive output. Please note that your TV must be a high-definition TV (HDTV) or enhanced-definition TV (EDTV) to view 480p output. You will also be required to change your Wii settings from Standard TV (480i) to EDTV/HDTV to view 480p. For more information on how to change the display settings on your Wii console please check your Wii manual. You cannot see Wii 480P progressive display output when the Wii console system is hooked to a TV using the original cable that comes with your Wii console. 5 out of 5 stars Good price, good product   June 15, 2008
There's not really a whole lot to say about these. They work fine, and they are much cheaper than the Nintendo brand ones.

2 out of 5 stars Flawed Design   June 12, 2008
Unfortunately these are flawed. They have a strong binding neck the prevents the user from pulling back the wires so that the video and audio can be stretched apart. This is a problem since many setups have an audio receiver and a tv input more the just a foot apart.

1 out of 5 stars Crapz!!!   May 31, 2008
I recieved my cord in very timely manner >>>> before i expected actually. But the cord itself was in horrible shape and i couldt even use it!! instead i got this cord for wii and my screen kept going out it was so bad. it was descently priced. but unfortunatly fast shipping and cheap prices are no good if i cant use what i bought. i would give this place negative stars if i could.NOT SATISFIED.!!!!

3 out of 5 stars Great price but not the best cables   April 18, 2008
The cable are not bad for the price. They do the job but I have a short in the red color that turns everything a grayish color. If you wiggle it it works. Kind of annoying though.

4 out of 5 stars Little Improvement, but Great Price   March 4, 2008
I was hoping for a somewhat great increase on the graphics performance from the cables. My review is based with Mario Galaxy using the HD Cables. Using a 720i HD TV, I didn't see much difference from the cables used from factory Nintendo cables. Though the screen seems to somewhat gotten brighter on the game. To my eyes, the start menu with the Channels seems to have been improved on graphics. I'm pretty satisfied for the little improvement since the price wasn't high compared to in-store buys. But I wouldn't buy anything above 20 dollars for a HD Cables for the Nintendo Wii.
