This game is mediocre at its best March 28, 2007 7 out of 9 found this review helpful
This is an arcade futuristic jet warfare game for the PS2. The controls are simple and the game is extremely easy. I beat this game in a night and never played it again, there is no replay value. It is suitable for little kids or older folks who might not play many games. If you know the Ace Combat series and you like games like that, you will find this one a waste of time.
good game December 29, 2006 4 out of 10 found this review helpful
First let me start with a note.....I purchase the playstation 2 for my nieces and nephew. After reading about 900 negative reviews on about ALL of the playstation 2 games. I thought, why the crap did I purchase this game? Well, here is the thing ignore all negative reviews and read what the game is about from the review and use that for your evaluation for purchase. People, do not leave a negative review because you have no life. Get one, play games for a couple of hours, and leave a great review. You need to tell your kids to get of the couch and get a life outside playing games. Maybe mow a yard or something?
Now for the review, the game is pretty simple, push a button and shoot a missle and blow crap out of the sky. Pretty straight forward. But I like simple games, so I have beat the first three levels in about 6 hours. HAHA! in over a week people, I do have a life. So I consider it a great game for people who are older or younger who do not want to spend the first 6 hours learning the controls and figure out the plot, etc.
But over all, it is a great WWI like game and the graphics are great.
Excellent fun aerial combat game April 24, 2006 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I was having a great time playing this game. My eleven-year old son took over and blew through about three levels in fifteen minutes, however. The flight dynamics are cartoonish, jet aircraft that manuever like WWI biplanes. The graphics are excellent. I thought it was a fun game, my son, who plays more games than I do, thought it was a little on the simple side.
