Product Description TuneTattooz can help protect from minor scratches and scuffs. They are made of a thin yet durable vinyl material (not a paper sticker) printed with photo quality designs then coated with a tough glossy film. They can be removed without leaving any stick residue. Also included in this kit is an ultra thin screen protector for the upper and lower DS Lite screens. They are so thin and clear you will forget it's even on. This screen protector is very durable and can be removed, cleaned and re-applied as often as you like.

DS Lite Skin April 8, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Ok, I'll admit it, it was with trepidation that I attempted to "skin" my DS lite with this gorgeous purple fire skin... I figured it was removable so I could correct any errors I made while installing it, and if I messed it totally up, I wasn't out a whole lot of money. I started with the upper center skin first, the one with all the speaker holes... now mind you, you have to remove the little dots to open up the holes on the skin which was a bit tricky since they stuck to your fingers or to the back of the skin or to anything else... but I got them off of the skin and applied it, it went on very easily, I had it off centered from the speaker holes so I had to carefully peel the skin off and then centered the holes up first... so no problem there, and it came off easily and went right back on just as easily and stuck just as well the 2nd time... so chalk one up for me... the bottom screen was even easier to align and didn't have as many small pieces to remove from the skin... then came the outside piece... went on very well.. did have some air bubbles trapped beneath the skin, so gently pulled up the outer edges and worked them out from under the skin and pressed the edges right back in place... So if you're doing a skin, you might want to wait to fold over the top edges until you've worked out any trapped air before you press them down in place so you don't have to do it twice like I did...
Now the screen protectors are another matter... I have yet to be able to install any of them without getting them dirty or air bubbles trapped in them and the edges all frayed... I've tried 7 just on my DS.. so now my son has to install them for me which saves me money and frustration... laugh.
Overall I like the looks of this skin, it was very easy to install, it dresses up my DS lite and makes it more unique while keeping fingerprints off of it (mine is the black one so fingerprints abound!!) and I would recommend these to anyone looking for just that little extra pizazz!!
