I love the look of this controller. I got tired of looking at my black one so I ordered one of these. Just in case you are wondering the Japanese PS3 controllers will work on any PS3. I bought my PS3 at a BEST BUY in Tampa, FL and this controller works perfectly. None of sony's controllers are region encoded. The rumble is the same as my black dualshock 3. The only difference I noticed was that this controller's analog sticks have smaller grips then the american one. I'm only talking about a millimeter or two of difference. I really didn't care beacuse I have custom grips for all my controllers.
