Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Can you sing like it's 1990, 1991, 1992...1999? SingStar 90s is a popular game in which players sing to music videos in order to score points. Players interface with their Playstation 2 via USB microphones while a music video plays on screen. Lyrics are shown at the bottom of the screen. SingStar 90s matches a player's song voice to the original track, with players scoring points according to how accurate their singing is. It's Karaoke with a twist using your PS2 system.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Great Buy   May 3, 2008
SingStar 90s is a great buy because it contains a number of songs that were heard on the radio in the 90s. I could remember just about all of the songs from this game and it took me back in time. I love how you can see the video playing in the background and it seems like you can find something new in the video each time you choose a song. It's especially great with a bunch of friends or you can work on your score by yourself. I can't wait for more SingStar games.

5 out of 5 stars Singstar '90s   April 20, 2008
I love playing Singstar '90s! The only thing I'm a little disappointed about is that there is an Australian version that has some different songs on it like Aqua "Barbie Girl" and the Barenaked Ladies "One Week" that I really would have liked being on this game. Other than that I hope they keep coming out with new games!

5 out of 5 stars Tons of fun :-D   April 3, 2008

This game is too much fun! All the songs on here remind me of junior high and high school. I like watching the videos in the background and singing along with the artists. As others have said, the playlist above is not the playlist for the U.S. version. The following is the U.S. version's playlist:

"Tennessee" -- Arrested Development
"Motownphilly" -- Boys II Men
"Tubthumping" -- Chumbawumba
"I Wanna Sex You Up" -- Color Me Badd
"I Touch Myself" -- Divinyls
"Free Your Mind" -- En Vogue
"More Than Words" -- Extreme
"Hey Jealousy" -- Gin Blossoms
"Only Wanna Be With You" -- Hootie and the Blowfish
"Right Here Right Now" -- Jesus Jones
"Steal My Sunshine" -- Len
"U Can't Touch This" -- MC Hammer
"Torn" -- Natalie Imbruglia
"Step By Step" -- New Kids On The Block
"Lithium" -- Nirvana
"Opposites Attract" -- Paula Abdul
"Unskinny Bop" -- Poison
"Everybody Hurts" -- REM
"Smooth" -- Santana (feat. Rob Thomas)
"I Want You" -- Savage Garden
"Kiss From A Rose" -- Seal
"Baby Got Back" -- Sir Mix-a-lot
"Kiss Me" -- Sixpence None The Richer
"Black Hole Sun" -- Soundgarden
"Two Princes" -- Spin Doctors
"Plush" -- Stone Temple Pilots
"Pump Up The Jam" -- Technotronic feat. Felly
"Zombie" -- The Cranberries
"Ice Ice Baby" -- Vanilla Ice
"Hold On" -- Wilson Phillips

Hope this list helps. I think they should have put Barbie Girl on the U.S. version but other than that this is a great game.

5 out of 5 stars Great game, though I wish I had looked into it more before buying   March 29, 2008

The game is great, with a great selection of songs. Unfortunatly when I bought it I was expecting the songs I saw on the amazon site for it. Turns out this is the AU/UK version of the game, the US version has some other songs on it.
