 Good Game January 29, 2007
This game is an excellent two player game! Going head to head against your friends is a lot of fun. Playing the game part of it is good, but not great. I have played a lot of worse games, this one is worth buying. Especially if you play with your friends a lot.

I remember the Turok series from a long time ago. It was a pretty good game back then. Now, we have Turok on the Playstation 2.
I think it's a good game overall. Hunting dinosaurs never really gets boring, in my opinion. Just something fun about watching those big creatures fall to the ground.
Personally, I think Dino Crisis 2 for the original Playstation is the best dinosaur game available, but this is pretty good too. I love the graphics too. Lots of detail, and everything looks really nice. The jungle areas are fantastic.
I think the game is kind of missing the fear factor, though. I mean, I found plenty of parts that scared me, but I can't say I ever truly felt my adrenaline rush.
It's basically just a mission-objective, jungle-exploring, shoot-and-run game, but that's not really a formula that ever gets old.

I've been playing the turok series ever since it came out on the nintendo 64. in all the past games the single player part was amazing, this one isn't so good. it has no story and it gets boring about half way throuhg the game. however in all the old games the multiplayer was crap. in this one i can't stop playing it it's so fun.

There is just one problem with the game:STORY! There is absolutly no story to this game! All you do is run and shoot and then win the level. But for people who love first-person shooters and lots of gore![really! the game is rated M for a reason,if you shoot at an enemy and hit either their arm,leg,or head, it will burst off and blood will spray everywhere,and there lis lots of blood!] Multiplayer is really cool. I haven't tried it yet but my friends say that multiplayer is really cool. So go a'head' and buy it!

This game is not for everyone. You would have to have good experience in gaming. The story is not really strong during game-play, but durning the cut scences, you get the picture. It is really bloody! Awsome!!!! You can litrly shoot their limbs off one by one and even if there on the ground screaming [the dino-people] you can still shoot the limbs off and start spraying blood everywhere. You can get tons of weapons including 2 kinds of bows with several different arrow types, and the most insane hand-held weapon: THE WAR HAMMER! You who liked the old games are bound to love this one.
