5 out of 5 stars Freakin Bomb...   July 28, 2008
Dude seriously one of the best thing I bought for my Wii. I bought two from BestBuy for about $15 each and House of the Dead 2&3 for like $30, pretty great deal I must say. Though it does get heavy after a while, but hey that just means you're playing too much and should get your butt off the couch and go run around outside or something. But yeah I don't think you can play House of the Dead without the perfect shot, it just wouldn't be the same. I do also have the cross bow and it's great fun, but i feel that certain games like House of the Dead you have to play with the perfect shot because it gives you that old school arcade feel but without the 20lbs. of quarters in your pocket.

5 out of 5 stars Best gun accessory for the Wii to date. Only...   July 24, 2008

If you're gonna buy a gun accessory for your Wii, this one is it. I only wish there were more games out there that were compatible. Then again, I wish there were more Wii games out there, period.

1 out of 5 stars Beware I would not buy this product again!!!!!   July 11, 2008

I just purchased the nyko perfect shot for the wii. What a poorly made product. When you shoot the trigger it causes it to push the B button on the wii remote. When this movement happens the wii remote will lift up and apply pressure on the orange band at the end of the gun causing it to snap off! This happened while reloading during a game of house of the dead. When the gun was raised back at the tv to continue shooting the wii remote flew right out of the gun and hit my brand new sony 52 inch LCD Tv. This shattered the screen on the tv. I called nyko and the said the would replace the defective gun but they aren't going to do anything about my television. Has anyone had this problem too?

The gun works fine, I just find that the controller works better. The gun gets very heavy after playing for a short period of time. I prefer to rest the wii remote in my lap and I don't get as tired.

The gun makes shooting games much more involving and realistic than playing with just the remote. I only have two small complaints about it, the trigger is a little sticky sometimes and the orange clip on the front of mine has halfway broke off (the remote will stay in the gun without the clip though as long as you don't get too crazy).

Overall, if you have a shooting game or two that you play I'd suggest getting the gun especially considering the price of it.
