Needless to say - a great buy January 3, 2009 Goes without saying...lots of memory for tons of photos. My 8 MP camera still lets me shoot close to 900 pics with the highest resolution setting. Wont need more than this for any single trip
Works great for my purpose December 30, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I can't write a highly technical review of the Kingston Flash Memory Card because I'm not using it for anything that really would require a level of performance that would necessarily set it aside from most other cards.
I needed extra space on my Kindle e-book reader, the Kingston comes up in a search in the Kindle store, it was a great price, a good size and I picked it up.
So far, I've easily been able to transfer books back and forth between the Kindle and card (which probably says more about the Kindle than the card), but I've never had any data loss or hitches or glitches. 2GB seems to be quite big enough for me - I delete my e-books off my Kindle when I'm done with them and transfer them back to my computer for permanent storage so I don't need a ton of space, but it's nice to have the extra removeable room for really big books or anthologies that I don't necessarily want cluttering up my lists.
So, as I said, I can't give much of a technical review, but for those like me who were looking for some expandable storage space for their Kindle, this is a pretty good choice in my opinion. Nice, no frills and good price.
Kingston Card December 30, 2008 This is a great product. I just got back from a trip to China and needed to make sure I had enough memory for all my photos and videos. This card did what I needed it to do and I am very pleased.
No problems December 29, 2008 Purchased the memory to go with digital cameras I bought and am very happy with both
Excelent quality December 29, 2008 It comes for free with a canon digital elph sd880, works 100% ok, and it's also enhanced for windows vista ReadyBoost app (some extra RAM)
