halo 3 December 2, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
This game is so good, it's addicting! I've been playing this game for almost a year and I find that I still can't stop! Other games that I've purchased can't seem to last this long and get boring after you've beaten it etc.
The Best Xbox 360 Game to Date November 29, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
The most awesome game ever created for the Xbox 360 platform. The story mode is phenominal allowing up to 4 players to experience it together and the online gaming in xbox live takes this game to where no other can match it.
Video Game Review for Parents November 26, 2008 3 out of 7 found this review helpful
Video game mom provides reviews specifically for parents. This is not an evaluation of the quality of the game or how fun it is. If you're a parent of a teenager who wants an M rated game for Christmas, here's what you may want to know about this game.
Reviews are based on an evalation of "SLARV" which is an acronym for: S)exual content L)anguage A)dditional Coments R)acial Insensitivity V)iolence
Sexual Content: None.
Language: d*mn, h*ll, b*stard
Additional Comments: I'm very suprised this is rated M.
Racial Insensitivity: None.
Violence: Weapons include various guns, flame throwers, grenades and swords. Violence is against creatures rather than other humans. Blood is usually green or purple. Some stays on the ground, some dissipates. Enemies can be shot (at close range), burned to death, or blown up. Dead bodies stay on the ground rather than disappear immediately.
What Halo 2 should've been November 26, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Halo 3 does nothing new, but does it well. Every feature - from the weapon balance, to the multiplayer matchmaking - is solidly built. The visuals, while not truly extraordinary, are still delightful. The sound is great, and the musical score - fantastic.
The problem with Halo 3 though, once you get past the gimmicky bells and whistles, is that it failed to provide much new. By far the most exciting feature in the fame is the Forge map editor. Beyond that, however, the game is just an upgrade to Halo 2.
Still, it's a ton of fun to play, and nicely concludes the Halo storyline. I'd definitely suggest the game to anybody else.
A game that has levels of difficulty!!!!!!!!!!!! November 24, 2008 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
I am not very good at video games so I was glad to see that this has an easy level of difficulty which made it fun for me. I wish they would have added "Very Easy" as well but I still had fun.
