Some games are so good, that only words like "Emcompassing, vivid, alive" and the like can even come close to describing them. Tsugunai, is not that game. The graphics are plain, regular models and badly designed buildings only worsen the potential impact this game has on your psyche. To use magic, you must arrange blocks in a little amulet, and for a prize, if you fill the amulet perfectly, you get a little summon creature. Don't be fooled into thinking that magic could possibly outdo that. Your character will be so worried about healing himself from either unblockable enemy attacks, or not having perfect timing, that your summons will be the only ones doing damage in the majority of battles. The game would be much better, if your possession had any real variety. Sure you can jump into anyone from a guy without his wallet, to a young girl with a trident, to even a stray dog, but they all play the same. The only saving grace of the half dozen "main" characters, would be battle, if that was any good. Sorry to disappoint, but there is nothing engaging about blocking, then carbon copying the limit break system from FF7 and naming it "Strage". Not to mention a plain, worse than final fantasy mystic quest plot is the only thing to keep you "reeled" in for the games somewhat anticlimatic climax. There are so many better ways for a guy to get his soul back then to look in an abandoned ship for fruit. Run to the Hills
