This was for my husband and he enjoys it. It's NOT for kids but it is cool.

This is definitely the best GTA of all-time, which is saying a lot, considering how good San Andreas was, in my honest opinion. The scale and scope of Liberty City is just too much to put into words, it's just that jaw-dropping. I've never been to New York City, but I would probably guess that Liberty City resembles the real deal quite well, from what I've seen. Oh, and let's not get started on the innumerable amount of things that you can do....From surfing the internet, to going out with friends and girlfriends, to doing vigilante work for the cops, to picking out wardrobes, missions for a vast and diverse cast of characters, or just going insane and waging war against the entire city, there is always something to do in GTA 4. If you are a true GTA mark or just enjoy a game with a diverse amount of activities and the freedom to do whatever you want, then get this game. If you can somehow get your hands on the Special Edition, then it is a good buy, as well. I like the metal box the best, even though the art book and soundtrack aren't half-bad, either.
Absolutely Gripping May 27, 2008
This is, very simply, the best game I have ever seen. I am constantly discovering new things, and I don't have to play with a given structure. Rockstar North has truly outdone themselves with this product, I am completely pleased.

I bought it for my brother, and after his exams, he didn't leave the game alone at all.
