Necessary product for certain games purchased at a good price, only issue is that it needs to be charged often do to the lithium battery within the controller, other than that it's worth it! Buy it here though, about $15 to $20 bucks cheaper than a game store.
A very worthwhile upgrade October 27, 2008
The sixaxis is a fine controller, light and sturdy, but the rumble is a nice additional feature, and it doesn't really shorten the battery life that much. Also, the heavier controller creates the illusion of being sturdier, even if they old and new controller have the same build.

Good controller! It is weaker in the rumble than Dual Shock 2. Battery life is excellent.
