5 out of 5 stars The best until SOUL Cal. 4 comes to the PC/360/PS3   February 6, 2008
This is the best "3d" game street fighter-esque game there has ever been out, not in the arcade, but at home.

4 out of 5 stars Soul 3   January 7, 2008
The game is fun. We were hoping it was more like Soul 2, but it is not quite as user friendly. We still enjoy playing it as a family!!

4 out of 5 stars I miss SC2   December 3, 2007
Some of the control changes are awkward. Not really sure why you can't just play a simple arcade mode. "Chronicles of the Sword" feels clunky because of all of the load-times. A Pretty game, but unnecessarily complicated.

5 out of 5 stars I love this game   December 2, 2007
I have been working on my soul callous since I first started playing Soul Calibur II in the arcade several years ago. I love this game. It is addictive, and I keep coming back to it. Soul Calibur III builds off of Soul Calibur II by adding characters and having different, smoother graphics than its predicessor. Anyone who likes fighting games needs Soul Calibur III.

5 out of 5 stars A fighting game for several nights   November 29, 2007
This is for sure an incredible fighting game. if you like to hang out on the night with your friends and just play some fighting games, then this game is for you. I think what makes this game so incredible is that it never gets old. You can play for months and you will still have something to unlock or best in this game, be it a new costume, weapon, mission, video or anything. The mode Chronicles of the Sword is absolutely amaizing, you can improve your character up to level 99, work with tactical maneuvers to beat the opposing army, and even customize the pregenerated characters they give you.
The graphics are beautiful, the modes of play are varied and fun, and the amount of characters (25) is just enough to give you from where to choose.
In short: it's a great game, worth buying if you like good fighting games.
