Works like a charm!! January 4, 2008
I too own this product, and it works as expected, it also, charges other devices that use usb, such as mp3 players etc. I really like the fact that it uses AC power, and so I don't have to leave my computer or the PS3 on. When my son gets ready to play his game, both his controllers are charged and ready to go.

First let me just say that I do own this product. I'm not someone who gives reviews on products that I don't own. I don't what's up with the other reviews. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! It charges both ps3 controllers so they're ready to roll when it's GAME TIME. Hay if you want to go and spend $30 to $40 on the ps3 charge base then go ahead and spend your hard earned money. Me I spent $20 on this little device and now I relax knowing my controllers are being charged. Oh and by the way, the only way the dual charge can break is if you mean to break it.

While this gadget charges ps3 controllers just like you'd expect, I actually took it on a trip to charge a lot of other stuff. Since many devices now charge via USB. I charged my phone, psp, headphones, and bluetooth dongle.

The AC charger in this unit died after only a few days of use. The USB cords are still useable, however.
