We tried several times, but the guitar never synced. Unfortunately, we had to return the guitar.

This guitar is awesome.It was a little hard to link.You have to hit the link button three times.We called tech support and the whole call took about 45 seconds and they had the guitar working.

Works great. I can use this much better than the guitar that came with Rock band. I am small and this one works great for me.

It's nice to have a guitar that works with both. I only had a small problem syncing it as the directions are not correct. you have to HOLD down the button and they don't state that in the directions. Other than that to works great with Guitar Hero and very well with Rock Band. There is delay with the switch for Rock Band's selector, but it's not that bad of a problem.

Great product. only problem is that it took a little while to get the guitar to sync with the receiver the first use, but other than that it pairs every time now.
