I have a few questions.
First of all, how heavy is it? I have no desire to buy it and find out that it is too heavy to carry around.
Second, I have read that some people think it is plastic, and not aluminium. I know that if it is plastic it will be much lighter but it will be a whole lot less safe for my DS.
Third, How much DS games does it hold? some say 4, some say 5-6 and some say more. Can someone answer my questions?

There are just so many different cases available to store the Nintendo DS system for secure reasons. While there are ones that are just effective that they are just secure to be secure. Unfortunately, there are just ones that need a whole lot improvement. This Safe Case from Intec for the Ninetdno DS system, is a case that is a bit heavy to carry around, and it doesn't really secure the system to the best possibilty. There are better Nintendo DS cases than this one that are just softer and thinner, but also worth its price. This one doesn't cut the mustard.

I bought this item because the idea of a hard case protecting my DS really appealed to me. I never really used the strap to be honest, but the few times I did it never broke on me. I keep my DS in the case almost all the time though, and I've dropped it MANY times. My DS is in perfect condition.
I saw some bad reviews for this but even if the strap breaks it's still one of the best carriers out there because of the simple fact it's a hard case and excellent for protecting your DS.
As far as putting the games inside the DS, I can fit at least 5 or 6 DS games in the little pouches(you can too if you place them properly) and still carry one inside of the actual DS. That never broke my hinges either.
It's really more preference. My best advice -- since this product has worked very well for me -- is to buy a new one if your first one is somehow faulty, because I'm extremely pleased with it and I will definitely buy another one if my first one ever breaks(I've had it for over a year).

This case is one of the best cases I've seen so far. It protects my ds perfectly , I can drop it without a purpose and still see it in neat condition. The thing about about the strap coming off or the hook breaking is false , I carry it using it and it never broke. Even my cousin (who is in the overweight side) carries the case with the strap and nothing came off. The storage on games is great , I can carry 2 NDS cartridges and 1 GBA game or 5 NDS cartridges (With even carrying two styluses). Altough when I carry my GBA game , I can't help but , to fear it's scratching my NDS but , it does not. The only flaws is : I think the case is plastic (And puts minor scratches) , The lock can be stuck at times and you have to fold the wrist strap in the case before closing. Then again , these are just minor things , Everything can't be perfect you know... Anyways this a perfect case I used it for my NDS and sometimes my iPod. Never had a scratch , bruise , dent since then. I reccomend purchasing this case for your Nintendo Ds.

Keeps everything nice and tidy for a girl that seems to lose things....it was well worth the money
