Muy Bueno, excelentes graficas, aunque un poco sencillo de pasar, lo pase en una semana
Good Game July 6, 2007 Good game overall, the single player missions are a little run-of-the-mill, nothing new or real exciting. I mostly play online multi-player. Fun game overall.
great game, sub par graphics July 1, 2007 i've played all of the cod games. this one is just as good as the first 2 in terms of game play. great game concept and fun to play. but you can definately tell the game is simply a pc port. the graphics were not made for hdtv resolution. this game renders at 720p, although it says on the box it supports 1080i, which is most likely for tvs that only support that res as my tv supports all resolutions, but this game renders at 720p. in many cases the graphics look horrible especially the opening cut scenes. bleh. don't get me wrong 720p is fine for games. oblivion looks awesome at 720p. it's not the resolution of 720p that makes the detail in this game bad. it's that, although it reanders at 720p, the artwork that comprises he textures in the game were not designed at that res, so the game looks etchy and scratchy to the point of annoyment. great game though. i can't wait for games that are made specifically for the ps3 to finally be released later this fall although rfom is a true 1080p (desgined for 1080p and rendering at 1080p)
Good example of a Bad Port June 16, 2007 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
The game is not RFOM. It has many weird graphical glitches like heat waves running over the part of someone's arm. The missions rely on an endless supply of respawning enemy. There are cutscenes that are really just bs and cannot be avoided. Gameplay isn't all that great. It is a touchy bit of control mechanics. I've seen better with older Medal of honor titles. In fact, this one reminds me of that series with some stepped up graphics and many inherent flaws in the game. However, many times I feel I am playing a MOH level of graphics. Oh, the next generation stuff: I remember getting shot in a room with nobody in it. Apparently, the AI can see and shoot through walls.
People who point to this and say that the 360 is better is laughable because the porting just shows how bad a job they did. None of the problems inherent here are present with ROFM. It is clean and has none of the graphical weirdness that resulted here. So, people should not be pointing to ports and saying that one system is better than another.
What could be said for a game that is mass-produced/mass-targeted and hits every single console out there: Ps3, 360, Wii, Ps2. Is it on the DS and PSP also? It is reminiscent of a poor Hollywood sequel.
