Not what we thought but fun January 10, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 11 yr old son for a Christmas gift and he has all kinds of games and usually likes them all but I have only seen him playing this game once or twice and when I ask him about it, He stated that it was not as much fun as it looked on TV and the advertisments.
Fun for everyone December 28, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I purchased this game for my 13 yr old for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. His 10 yr old cousin loves it too and has asked her mother to purchase it for her. I have watched him play it and I am thoroughly entertained myself. You can interact with the patrons of the park, ride the rides, play games, train the employees and build your own rides. You are manager of the park and are in charge of everything. One of the nicest features is that up to four people can play at one time. If you have played and enjoyed any of the roller coaster tycoon games, you'll love this variation for PS2. I highly recommend it for anyone in the family. It's well worth the price!
Thrilled for Thrillville December 28, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love Thrillville. I am glad I can build my own roller coasters and talk to my fans. I like the business end of the game too. I also like the story line of the game.
Very Fun Game for Kids and Adults! December 21, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I picked up this game several weeks ago for my 8 year old son and he loves it! You have several parks to roam around in and explore. You can interact with your guests and find out what they like about your park, what you need, what you need to improve on, etc. You can build rides, coasters, go cart tracks, install carnival games, set up concession stands and lots more. Along with installing the rides and games, you can also ride your own rides and play your own games inside the park. As the manager of the park you'll need to hire a staff of workers. This will include groundkeepers, entertainers (cheerleaders), and mechanics. This game also has a "Party Mode" which allows you to play tons of mini games if you don't won't to go to the amusement park. I picked this game up for my son but I love it as much as he does. For the money and entertaniment value, you won't go wrong with this game.
