Great Game.. guitar is poor quality June 19, 2008 This was a Christmas present and isnt played all the time. Its not abused either but sits safely in a corner when not in use. I bought it for my 15 yr old very responsible and not crazy daughter who takes good care of her things. The guitar does NOT work now and its only June. I can only imagine if this is for a child who is a bit more rough- it wouldnt make it past New Years Eve. Problem is there is only a 60 day warranty on the guitar. Very dissappointing. She has now mastered the controller version of this but its rediculous how soon it took for the guitar to die under excellent care.
Guitar Hero ROCKS!! June 18, 2008 This was purchased for my boyfriend...he's 51...he plays it every evening & loves it! We're looking to buy the other games for it now.
Bro's B-day present June 18, 2008 I got this for my older brother who just recently turn 19 and he loves the GAME!
Just awesome June 17, 2008 This game is the type of game you could either play like its an addiction, or have sitting around for when you are bored. It never gets old, and even once you master Expert, its still fun going back and playing on all the other difficulties.
The game is easy enough that with enough practice you can master any song on any difficulty, but its hard enough that you know the songs are challenges and you get a sense of pride after completing a song.
Guitar Hero III wireless bundle June 16, 2008 I have to say that I'm disappointed in the guitar. It seems to be delayed, meaning I have to hit the frets just before the screen tells me to or I miss. Very frustrating. I've played with other guitars and have not had this problem.
The game itself is very fun.
