3 out of 5 stars Its so easy to hate microsoft   January 4, 2007

My xbox is broken and has been for a long time. I had a large library of games at one time and still have many of them but i had no interest in replacing my xbox. It never quite worked as well as my friends' did from the day i got it. Microsoft uses several different manufacturers to build the dvd drives for it, why... shhh... to keep the costs down. So while my friends xboxes all worked fine and experienced no slow down or frequent dirty disc errors mine (possessing the Thompson drive widely accepted as the crappiest yet costing me the same $ (also cannot play cdrs))sucked on a consistent basis and eventually pissed me off so much playing gta san andreas, morrowind, and halo 2 that i considered it broken and stopped using it. I dont know w/e i guess i just felt like complaining. Go buy a Wii, Nintendo loves you... at least until i get pissed off at them but i cant really see that happening.

4 out of 5 stars A great unit, now more affordable to make a step towads the expensive units!!!   December 18, 2006

This is a great system to purchase and break yourself into the better graphics gaming systems of today. The price has dropped remarkably on these, and there are lots of excellent titles. Again, a problem with this unit is running very warm, but you must keep it in the open and well ventelated. The controlers are a little combersome two work with, and loading times can be a bit, but a very nice unit for a christmas gift for those who have not had a newer generation system to practice with. Check this out, you will not be dissapointed.

The x box is GREAT!!!! I LOVED IT . It has great graphics. It has a lot of games but do not play it too long or it will overheat. There are lots of choices for kids. You might not want to buy it because some of the e games have violence in them.

5 out of 5 stars THE Greatest System ever!   December 3, 2006

XBOX is not bulky I don't care what anyone says, its heavy, but not bulky, its a great system with great games, an amazing controller, THE GREATEST GRAPHICS EVER!, and some great games, Bill Gates knew what he was doing, XBOX is the most amazing system ever, and its a ground layer for how gaming should be. I think its better then the 360, all I can say is BUY IT!

1 out of 5 stars XBOX is not durable   November 27, 2006
Just 2 years and each year several days then it became a piece of junk.
The flashing green and red button is the only thing that can work.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MICROSOFT.
It is so soft and micro!!!
