l Like IT!! December 7, 2006 The game is really cool The multiplayer is by far the best part and single player is cool too. Story mode isn't as hard as other reviews say it is and the only bad thing about it is the coop it is ok but there are only 4 or 5 levels to choose from and there not that cool but the multiplayer is so much fun just 2 players but it's a duel and it's really cool it could get boring to some people.(it didn't for me but hey) if you like star wars and the idea of dueling with sabers and if you get a good deal on it it is a good game and i think most would enjoy it.
50 dollars is probly not a good idea(just in case you don't like it) but if you find a good deal yah you'll play and you'll probly beat it but then one day you'll go,hey star wars episode 3 revenge of the sith sounds really fun i think i'll play that.
P.s. if you have a friend or sibling that will play it with you it would be much better.
CHEAT CODES ARE A MUST ! May 25, 2006 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
this game is a good expantion of the film and uses elements from the book witch make it a "must have" for hard core star wars fans. however, the difficulty is hard even on easy and it does get repeditive after a while (cutting open doors & panels) the following are cheat codes for the x-box JAINA ....... ALL JEDI AND FORCE MOVES KAIBURR ....... UNLIMITED FORCE XUCPHRA ....... UNLIMITED HEALTH KORRIBAN ...... ALL STORIE MODES UNLOCKED
HOPE THIS HELPS !
review from a 9-year-old who has alot of star wars games May 10, 2006 1 out of 12 found this review helpful
It is a cool game except when you beat the game it starts to get really boring. The only fun thing to do is multi-player. The bosses in the game are so hard. I think it's a bad game.
Nothing Worse April 23, 2006 2 out of 9 found this review helpful
This game [...] worse than a [...]. 1-It's basically a side scroller using a 3D engine. 2-The character models look like rejects from games made 5 years ago. 3-Character movements when using force powers or lightsaber attacks are almost random. 4-Unless you're a gaming GOD, you'll never get past the 4th level. 5-The "strafe" feature doesn't strafe. 6-"Block" doesn't block anything (especially when battling another Jedi, as in the 4th level). Better progress is made by rubbing you knuckles over all the attack buttons as fast as possible. Trying to precisely hit the jump, fast attack, strong attack, critical attack, and force powers, is pointless. They don't produce the requested action. 7-To play, and win, requires the ability to hit no less than 8 buttons all within one second. And, control 2 joysticks simultaneously. Not fun. 8-"Force Target" doesn't target anything.
Absolutely do NOT buy this game. Rent it if you feel there's a chance you might like it. Thank God I did, I'm only out a few bucks though it was still a rip-off considering how awful it is.
The Official game of the movie April 15, 2006 This game basically embarks you on the plot of the movie, with movie cutscenes, characters, plots, and a few extra mission are thrown you way as you journey as either Obi-Wan or Anakin, switching in between missions
Storyline is very familar as it is tied to the movie, but the multiplayer duels makes up for it. It is an alright game but it can lose it's touch after a while.
